Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, Vicki will serve as a Property Manager and Commercial Real Estate Broker, supporting PCRE’s expanding portfolio throughout the region.
Vicki’s extensive career includes key property management roles with Jim Berry Company, Legacy Real Estate, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where she developed deep expertise in asset operations, tenant relations, and portfolio oversight. Her hands-on understanding of building performance and long-term property needs positions her as a valuable resource for owners seeking dependable management and strategic advisory services.
In addition to her management background, Vicki built a successful residential sales career with Premier Property Group, sharpening her skills in negotiation, client service, and market analysis. This blend of operational knowledge and transactional experience enables her to guide commercial owners, investors, and homebuyers with clarity and confidence across multiple asset types.
Vicki also contributes more than 14 years of leadership and administrative support to the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chattanooga (BOMA). Her long-term involvement has strengthened her relationships within the regional commercial real estate community and expanded her understanding of industry standards, compliance, and best practices.
