Heather Loveless is an Affiliate Broker at Pointe Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office, retail, industrial, and investment transactions across the Southeast. She represents property owners, investors, and tenants in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate, with a primary focus on the Chattanooga, Tennessee market and surrounding areas including Cleveland, TN and Dalton, GA.
Heather brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, beginning her career in Nashville with Charles Hawkins Co., one of Middle Tennessee’s leading independent brokerage firms. There, she provided transactional and analytical support to top-producing brokers, developing a strong foundation in underwriting, market analysis, and deal structuring.
Heather’s approach is rooted in analysis, relationships, and execution. She combines market data with on-the-ground insight to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and position assets for long-term performance. Known for her attention to detail and follow-through, she works closely with clients from initial strategy through closing—ensuring decisions are informed, practical, and aligned with ownership objectives.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University, providing her with a strong understanding of client behavior and decision-making. She has also completed training in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS), giving her additional perspective on business operations and strategic growth.
Her experience spans both landlord/seller representation and tenant/buyer representation, allowing her to effectively advise clients from either side of the transaction. She maintains a national network of investors, brokers, and property owners, enhancing her ability to source opportunities and execute deals through established relationships.
Heather advises investors and landlords on the acquisition, leasing, and repositioning of office assets across Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Dalton, as well as the broader Southeast. Her experience ranges from suburban Class B properties to mid-rise urban buildings, with a focus on lease structuring, tenant mix optimization, and improving asset performance.
Heather works with national brands, franchise operators, and private investors on retail acquisitions, leasing, and redevelopment strategies throughout the Chattanooga MSA and North Georgia corridor. She applies insight into tenant credit, lease structures, and consumer patterns to reduce vacancy and increase NOI.
Heather supports owners and operators of medical and dental office properties across Chattanooga and surrounding markets, with an understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare tenants, including longer lease terms and specialized build-outs.
In the industrial sector, Heather works with owners, developers, and tenants of warehouse, flex, and light industrial properties throughout Chattanooga, Cleveland, Dalton, and the broader Tennessee–Georgia–Alabama region. She focuses on logistics access, labor availability, and zoning to position assets effectively.
