Heather began her career in Nashville at Charles Hawkins Co., the leading independent brokerage firm in Middle Tennessee, where she spent more than 10 years sharpening her skills and building lasting client relationships. With a strong background in representing both landlords and sellers, as well as tenants and buyers, Heather offers comprehensive expertise across office, retail, and industrial transactions.
Her market knowledge and analytical strength allow her to maximize the potential of commercial assets while delivering creative solutions to complex challenges. She has also built a nationwide network of investors, brokers, and property owners—an invaluable resource for connecting opportunities and creating successful outcomes.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University, which drives her ability to deeply understand client needs and provide a personalized experience. Combining her training in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems with her expertise, she offers a unique perspective that seamlessly blends business strategy with an understanding of human behavior.
